Last Night

After work I headed to my sisters place to relax for a few hours. Around 10 I headed to the Brick House for the evening. Once that wrapped up I headed home.

Went home, read, ate. Spent the evening with Mar and went to bed.

After work I headed to the mall where I met up at Moxies drinks. From there we headed to some car dealerships to check out some used cars. The evening then took us to Cramdon's before I enventually headed home.

Mar's cold is finally starting to get me, after a week i think it's starting to take hold. Laid down for a while, read. Next thing i knew it was 10pm and we climbed up on the roof, watched the fireworks, then went to bed.

Went home, read, ate dinner. Went out for a quick shopping trip to pick Mar up some more cold fixing paraphenilia. Then came home, did some stuff around the house, cleaned up my harddrive a bit. Then did some situps, as i've been feeling slugish lately and went to bed.

After work I headed to the mall to pick up some birthday gifts for my Mom and sister. Following that trip I grabbed some dinner and killed some time while I waited for my family to get back into Windsor (they had gone away for the day). We then had a brief birthday gathering at my sisters place. To finish up the evening I headed to Cramdon's for a quick drink and then headed home.

Went home read, ate, read some more. Had a very quiet evening with Mar since she was sick and i wasn't feeling the best, then we went to bed.

The Weekend...

Friday: Went home, Mar was sick, so we went to the walk-in clinic to see about getting her some medicine. We got there shortly after it opened, so it was only a 2 hr wait, where-in i got some reading done. After the doctor told Mar she wasn't sick enough to get anything we went home and relaxed.

Saturday: Mar was way to sick to go shopping with her sister in the states, so we slept in. I mowed lawn, then we went shopping. Mar was feeling quite ill so she went to bed early and i stayed up and watched ultraviolet, which was ok, not as good as i was hoping.

Sunday: Slept in again. Mar was feeling worse but was now taking medicine she'd gotten on saturday. We did our groccery shopping, and a few more things around the house. Then we watched Lucky Number Slevin, quite good.

Went home, read. Bbq'd up some supper. Called my parents, helped my dad figure out how to hook his computer up to the projector using an s-video cable. He'd never used the s-video output on his card before, so it was just a matter of turning on some options. Then i read a bit more, started to work out, but got distracted, so i just watched some tv and went to bed.

Went home, read. Bbq'd some chicken, almost got done before it started raining. Cleaned up then Mar's sister and nephew came over again to drop off some pictures. Read some more, watched a bit of tv and went to bed.

After work I headed to the Anglo Club to watch the England game. From there we headed to Murphy's for some dinner. After dinner I headed to my sisters place to get ready for baseball only to realize I forgot my glove. I spent the remainder of my time there looking for another basball glove, and once I found one I headed to baseball. After baseball I met up with some people at Cramdon's for a while before heading home for the night.

Went home, went out to swiss chalet for dinner. Took a drive around for a little while. Headed home, Mar's sister and nephew came over to visit for a bit. Worked on my computer for a while, watched a bit of tv and went to bed.

Went home, read, ate. We went groccery shopping as we didn't get it all done on the weekend. Then came home, did some laundry and watched the hockey game. After that disappointment we watched a bit more tv and went to bed.

After work I made a few phone calls to see if anyone was heading out to the bar to watch the hockey game. No one seemed to be available so I just headed home where I spent the remainder of the evening watching television and browsing the internet.

The Weekend

Friday night was spent visiting my cousin at the mall for a while. Following that we both headed to Cramdon's for s quick impromptu dinner outting. After dinner I met up for coffee at Tim Hortons before calling it a night.

Saturday was spent at Habitat for Humanity building houses. Once that wrapped up we did some quick shopping before eventually heading home to Harrow. I watched a bit of soccer, and then headed back to Windsor for the Jack & Jill I was attending that evening. After the jack and Jill we headed downtown for the remainder of the night.

Sunday was spent doing random fathers day things including a bbque at my cousins. Afterwards I headed to Spicoli's for the usual Sunday night weekend wrap up.

The Weekend...

Friday: Went home, ate, packed up, did a few things around the house. Stopped by my parents' house, since they were having a bday party for my grandma. Then headed out off to toronto. We arrived at about 11pm, Danny was the only one left at the appartment. Then we watched a version of the Libertine that was possibly an edited screener, then went to bed.

Saturday: Slept in, found out we were supposed to go to the graduation party in Barry a little earlier than we expected, since we had to bring a stereo. Went to the party, it was nice, good food. We got to meet the people's dog, who was around the size of a pony, huge. After watching the last couple periods of the oilers game, we headed back to TO. We then watched Running Scared, good movie, nice and violent, kind of a mix between sin city and kill bill, i guess.

Sunday: Got up, our friends got back into town after cleaning up from the party. We packed up and headed back home. We stopped by both our parents' places before eventually heading back home, unpacking and relaxing for the evening.

The Last Couple Nights

Wednesday night I played soccer after work for a couple hours with some friends. After soccer we all headed back to my sisters place to watch the hockey game and have some dinner.

Thursday night we got back from Scarbourough around 9:30 at which point I was absolutely exhausted so I opted to just return home and try for a good nights sleep. I watched some basketball and a bit of the daily show before I eventually fell asleep.

Last Night...

Went home, was dead tired from trying to stay warm everyday, just keep getting more and more warn down. Thankfully it's the weekend tomrw where i can stay warm. We ate, then went shopping to pick up a few things and cards and what not. Then took care of the general mainentance on the car, took care of a few things inside, and went to bed early.

Went home, bbq'd. Went to futureshop to pick up a 200 pack of dvds as they were on sale and i was almost out, hopefully they won't produce too many coasters. Then came home, had a look at an old filing cabinet my sister is taking. Someone had bent the locking mechanism so that it was at a 90 degree angle from where it should have been. So i worked on bending that back, and fashioning up a gheto temporary latch to allow it to open. Then watched the end of the oilers game, a bit of the daily show and the colbert report and went to bed.

After work I headed to the mall to quickly pick up a long sleeve t-shirt to wear under the baseball uniform (I was lucky enough to find one for under $8). From there I headed to baseball. Afterwards a few of us stuck around for drinks at Stanley's. Once that party started to wrap up I headed to Cramdon's where I was joined by a few remaining members of the baseball team along with some other friends who were also at Cramdon's. I had some drinks, played some pool, then headed home.

Went home, bbq'd up some pork kabobs. Then took care of some extra dirt left over from digging out for the bricks. Then bundled up all the cardboard i had, about a 4ft stack bundled up. Cleaned up, watched some tv, went to bed.

Went home, read a bit, grabbed a quick bite to eat. Mar brought her nephew back to our place during her baby sitting stint. We went on a walk through the park and pushed him on a baby swing. Then grabbed some tool and headed back to pick up a couple desktops and drawers i was offered, since they were just throwing them away. Although i ended up picking up one set of drawers that didn't fit together. Went home again, did a little computer maintinance, then played on the ps2 for about 20 minutes until Mar came back. We watched tv and went to bed.

After work I headed to Boppers for some free dinner (Gino was working the grill outside at the Monday night classic car show). After dinner I headed home to watch the hockey game and some of the days soccer highlights. Spent the rest of the evening chatting on the internet before eventually heading to bed.

The Weekend

Friday evening after work I headed to Charlie's for a couple drinks and a bite to eat. After things wrapped up there a few of us stuck around to have a go at the batting cages. From Charlie's I headed to meet up with some friends at Brews & Cues where we spent the remainder of the evening.

Saturday was spent lounging around the house watching world cup soccer and various other shows that I stumbled across on television. For the evening I headed downtown to meet up with people at Honest Lawyer.

Sunday was spent watching the F1 race, along with more soccer. Sunday night was spent hanging out at the usual Spicoli's.

The Weekend...

Friday: Went home, company was already there. Mar's sister and nephew and my cousin Barry. Barry hung out there for a bit until heading out for some partying. We had a quiet evening.

Saturday: Got up and started working outside. Mowed the lawn, weed whacked, then started digging to put in a brick section along the back of the house. Got that pretty much done for the evening and started bbq'ing up some riblets. Then Barry showed up again, we drank a bit. His plans came together again and he took off to party for the night. Then Mar's sister and brother-in-law showed up. We tried out the new firepit, then started watching a movie and they left, we continued watchign tv for the evening.

Sunday: Worked outside a bit again, got grocceries. Barry showed up a couple times and we played some boudaki on the ps2. He went on his way around 10:30 and then Mar and i went off to bed.

Last Night

After work I picked up my sister and Grandma and proceeded to my Aunts house. From there it was off to pick up a bed and dresser from my cousins (the dresser was going back to my aunts house, and my sister was keeping the bed).

Once all that wrapped up I turned down a free dinner in an effort to get to baseball practice for a bit (secretly hoping to show up when they were finishing practice). After practicing for about an hour or so a few of us headed to Cramdon's for a drink and some food.

To finish up the evening I headed to the Brick House with a few other people from the baseball team. From there is was time the head home to bed.

Last Night...

Went home, the parents were coming over to bring some stuff. So i quickly removed the stone from around a dead bush in the front. Then we ate dinner. The parents arrived, brought a small lawn roller i fixed up, then we hooked a chain on the bush and pulled it out with their truck. Sat around for a while chatting. Then they left, i finished up Mar's office door, then made her old door into a table using some boards and a set of legs. By that time it was about 11:30, so we watched the colbert report and went to bed.

After work I took a brief nap at my sisters before heading to Brians for dinner and to help him figure out his new cell phone. We spent the majority of the time trying to get it interfacing with the computer so he can upload music and ringtones to it for free. Once we finished there I headed to Tim Horton's meet Gino for a coffee. At that point I headed home to bed.

Went home, read, ate. Mar and i went for a walk around the park. Then when we got home, i started working on measuring and routering out the hinges for the door for her office. I got stopped at drilling the hole for the latch, as i have to get the correct tool, thought i had it, but i was wrong. Then i watched a bit of tv and went to bed.

After work I changed for baseball, went to baseball, played baseball, went for drinks at Stanely's with the team after baseball, went for drinks at Cramdon's, and went home.

Went home, read, bbq'd myself some food. Finished the book i was reading. Got out of working on making the new door to Mar's office since she went to bed early, and the sound of the router would have been too loud for her to sleep. Worked on the computer a bit and also went to bed.

Went home, read, ate outside on our patio. Tried to put some heat back into my body from 9 hrs of sub-arctic temperatures at work. Worked on measuring the house and trying to figure out elavation and stairwells on the architect program. Watched the end of the hockey game and went to bed. Couldn't sleep and now i'm sitting at work as it gets colder and colder.

After work I headed home, ate dinner and spent the remainder of the evening trying to diagnose the cause of our internet problems at home. It turned out to be a gateway setting that Windows wasn't properly assigning. Once I made all the settings manually things started to work much better. Once I got that sorted out I watched the end of the hockey game and went to bed.

Weekend Update

Friday: Went downtown for my friend's birthday and consumed large quantities of alcohol. Details somewhat blurry.

Saturday: Woke up around noon, spent the afternoon doing nothing, then got a ride to the west side to pick up my car and went grocery shopping. After that I went over to my parent's place and had a couple friends over to use the BBQ so it didn't seize up.

Sunday: Slept in again, went golfing with representatives from IT and SCIS. Got home around 10:00 Janet came over and we watched X-Men 2.

The Weekend

Friday night included Cramdon's, Brews & Cues, Tom Fooleries, and finally a stop downtown at Tree House. Eventually I made it home for a few hours of sleep.

Saturday started out with a trip into work to do some testing for a few hours. Once that wrapped up I headed to the mall to catch up with my cousin for a bit. Later in the afternoon Gino met up with me at Moxies for a bit. Following Moxies I headed to a bbque at Rob's place. Later in the evening we partied at Brians and headed downtown. Once there we stopped at Honest Lawyer, Papa Cheney's, and finally Kokopelli's.

Sunday kicked off with me sending a few hours configuring our network at home to get the internet back up and running. Eventually I headed into the city, picked up some new headlights for my car, went to Costco, dropped off some things that Jackie left in my car before she headed back to Toronto, went for dinner, and ultimately ended up at Spicoli's.

The Weekend...

Friday: Ended up just staying home, taking it easy. We watched the movie grandma's boy, very funny. Then headed to bed at a decent hour.

Saturday: Slept in. Woke up for a day of outdoor work, only to find it raining. Instead we finished up some inside work. Put Mar's office back together, hung of pictures and what not. Finally a break arose in the weather long enough to get out and mow the back lawn. Just as i was finishing the rain started up again. We went out for swish chalet, then came home. Mar's sister and nephew joined us for a while. Then a couple of my friends from toronto who were in town dropped by for a visit.

Sunday: Had to get up before noon, since Mar had a wedding shower to go to. I started working outside. Spent pretty much the whole day outside just working around the house and setting thing up, putting together a patio fireplace and what not. Then after supper, i relaxed the rest of the evening.

Last couple days

After work Wednesday I headed up to TO with Virginia for the CSIO workshop. Once we arrived we checked into the hotel then decided to go looking for a gas station since I wasn't certain we could make it back to the highway on the little fuel that was remaining. After that we headed back to the hotel to park the car. We then headed to the Eaton centre for dinner in the food court. After dinner we contemplated going for drinks but opted to just return to our rooms to watch the basketball game before heading to bed. Thursday was the CSIO workshop all day which was quite informative, and a bit lengthy (mainly because certain participants felt the need to question everything possible). After the workshop we hung around city hall while we waited for Jackie to finish work so she could catch a ride home with us. Once we returned to Windsor I dropped off Vriginia and headed to the Brick House to meet up with everyone else for a couple drinks before heading home to bed.

Went home, read, ate. Put up new blinds in Mar's office. Although i'm not really satisfied with the way they are mounted as the mounting brackets weren't meant for the only way we could put it up there. So i may have to "adjust" them. Then watched some tv and went to bed.
