Last Night

Went home and had a bowl of soup (about the only food I had that I could make quickly enough) before heading off to our ball game. Afterwards I hung out at the Ice Park with Janet and my friend Drew who had come down to watch after a Conservative meeting. Following that I went grocery shopping, made some more food, and watched X-Men.

After work I headed to baseball where we were managed to play our first game to a full 7 innings. After baseball I made a brief stop off at Cramdon's for a drink. At that point I headed home to pack up for Toronto tonight. Before bed I went to check my email only to realize our router had completly died. Unfortunatley I had no time to diagnose the issue so it will remain broken until the weekend when I have a chance to address the problem.

Went home, read, ate. Made a quick trip to staples, then back home. Sanded down the dry wall patching and put on the next layer to fill the rest of the screw holes. That wrapped up around 10 so i watched a bit of tv with Mar, read and went to bed.

Went home, ate, then went and got my hair cut. Stopped off at canadian tire to buy a few things then off home. I took the evening off as i felt like i needed it and just lounged around the house. Then Mar and I watched some tv and went to bed.

After work I stopped by my sisters house to gather up some things before baseball practice. Following that was the aforementioned baseball practice. Once practice wrapper up I headed to Brians to watch the basketball game.

Friday

Friday: Went home and made some dinner, then Janet came over and we watched Hackers.

Saturday: Spent most of the day doing very little, then for dinner I went over to Janet's place. Following dinner (which was kinda late) we watched some hockey and walked down to the river.

Sunday: Read a bit, watched the end of Reefer Madness (boy am I freaked out now) and basically did a whole lot of nothing.

The Weekend

Friday night was spent at Cramdon's, followed by a party at Jay's house.

Saturday was spent lounging around the house until I had to drive my younger sister to Chatham. Upon returning to Chatham I headed to Brian's to install some software on his computer. Later that evening I returned to Jay's house where we watched half baked.

Sunday was spent working on some things I needed to have done for today while wrapping up my Season 5 viewing of Smallville. Later that evening I headed to Spicoli's for our usual Sunday night gathering.

The Weekend...

Friday: Did a bunch of work around the house, resealing a shower, filling holes in drywall and what not, stopped working on that around 11pm. Then watched some tv with Mar and went to bed.

Saturday: Got up, cut the lawn for the first time since we leveled it and seeded it, it had been weeks. Started trimming the weeds but ran out of time before we had to head off to kingsville to pick up a cake for a party her family was having. Showed up there, i read outside since no one was around and i'm alergic to her cat. People showed up, they had a party with around 70 people. We eventually left about 5 hrs later then we said we'd leave when we got there.

Sunday: Woke fairly early, got groceries and headed back home to eat and start working outside again. Mar's parent's came over to help her plant some flowers. I worked on trying to straighten the fins on the air conditioning unit, setting up and the patio set, finishing the weed trimming. Then we headed over to my parent's for my mom's bday. My dad had an old roller i made a new handle for to be able to use at my place, as it's small enough to pull around by hand. After the party headed home, watched a bit of tv and went to bed.

Went home and cleaned up a bit before people came over, then made some dinner. Took a look at the Lost episode Janet downloaded for me, and found out that it was the one hour recap prior to the finale. Friends came over and we discussed plans for our houseboating trip. After that a couple of us played a game of poker.

After work I headed over to visit with my a couple of my sisters old roommates (they were almost broken into again, so they're trying to keep people around the house as much as possible). From there I met up with Gino at Moxie's for coffee. Once things wrapped up at the mall I went to Rock Bottom to watch the hockey game. Midway through the game we moved the party to the Brick House to watch Chris & Chris play their acoustic set. Following that it was home to bed.

Went home, cooked up some burgers and cheese sausages, quite tasty. Did some cleanup maintenance on my computer. Tried out a program called chief architect. Very neat, you can easily make floor plans and have 3D renderings and layouts for your house, and test out what each room would look like with different colours, furniture, or whatever you want. Um ya, anyways, then i watched some tv and went to bed.

After work I headed to pick up my sister at my cousins place (she was babysitting for the afternoon). From there we headed home for dinner. Following dinner I returned to the city to watch the Lost season finalle at Brian's place. Once the show wrapped up I met up with everyone at Cramdon's for a couple drinks and some pool. Then it was home to bed.

Went home, read, ate and then had a quick nap. Got up did a few things around the house. Watched some birds make their way through the jungle of our back. This weekend i should probably cut it. The seeded grass should be stable by now, not sure. Then watched some tv, tried out a home architect program. Then we went to bed.

After work I went to Wal~Mart to pick up some pants for baseball, then home to get some food. I then went to the Ice Park and participated in a thorogh ass kicking (one not delivered by us). After the game a few of us hung out at Stanley's and dissected the game.

After work I headed to my sisters for a little while to kill some time before my hair cut. After my haircut I grabbed a quick bite to eat and headed to baseball. After baseball I headed home for what was supposed to be a nice full night of sleep, but turned out to be be rather restless.

Went home, ate, found out the toilet seat downstairs was cracked. My dad showed up and delivered a new door. Then i headed out to homedepot to pick up some stuff including a new toilet seat. Came home, installed it, did a few other things. Was just feeling wiped again, watched a bit of tv and went to bed.

The Long Weekend

Friday night started out with a trip to the mall after work. After some shopping I headed for some dinner and then over to my sisters place to kill a little time while I waited for the evening's plans to be finalized. Eventually I headed to Brian's where we hung around for the remainder of the evening.

Saturday was spent sleeping in for the majority of the day. The time that was spent awake wasn't used very productively. Later in the evening we all headed to the movies (The Davinci Code). After the movie we all headed home.

Sunday morning didn't include much. The afternoon was spent running around with my Dad trying to help him find a new computer and a couple things he needed to get his video camera working properly. The evening was spent at my cousins birthday followed by downtown for a friends birthday. After the bar we all headed back to Brians to continue to party.

Monday we had a going away party for my cousin who is moving back to Alberta. After to party I returned home to watch the season finale of 24 and go to bed.

The Long Weekend...

Friday: Was tired from a couple weeks of barely being able to sleep. Although i ended up staying up until 4am watching movies.

Saturday: Woke up about 7:20am couldn't sleep anymore. Layed in bed until around 2pm, still didn't sleep. Was pretty much useless in that condition, as i was quite frustrated at not being able to sleep. We went out to one of Mar's friend's place for supper. Then back home.

Sunday: I'd finally slept a good nights sleep. We woke up started working on the trim in Mar's office. My parents came over, we made a trip to homedepot to pick up baseboard and a new bbq. We got all the moulding (ended up buying moulding instead of baseboard, it looked nice) cut and ready to be nailed up. They got all the trim and doors painted. After a bite to eat at arby's we came back to continue the work. A squirrel had been getting into my little garden shed and eating things like a canvas top of a gazebo and the end of an extension cord. We chased the squirrel out and put up wire grating/mesh in all the eves to keep it out. Then i showered up and we went over to one of Mar's friends place who was in town and watched The Ringer, which was pretty good.

Monday: Got up, got some nails from home dept, went grocery shopping. Went home, Mar went flower shopping with her mom and sister. I put together the bbq, turns out the bbq cover they told us would fit was way too small. Did a bunch of other stuff i've been meaning to do around the house for months. Tried out the bbq for supper, worked well. Finished doing stuff around the house at about 9:30 pm. And sat down for a relaxing wrap up to the long weekend.

After work I met up with Gino and we test drove cars for a bit while we waited to hear from Brian. We then headed over to his place to check out the situation with their computer (they've been having some trouble with it over the last little while and recently had the MB, CPU and power supply replaced). After dinner we hung around the garage for a while and eventually headed to Rock Bottom before I ultimately decided to call it a night.

Went home, had dinner, got a small case of some food poisoning. So ya i won't go into details about that. Drank a bunch of water while working on my dad's computer. Finished that all up. After alot of water i started feeling better around 10pm, then one of Mar's friends dropped by for a quick visit. After she left we went to bed.

After work I went to my sisters and cut the grass. I barely finished before it started pouring rain. Shortly after finishing that I headed to the mall to grab a coffee at Moxies. The remainder of the evening was spent catching up with some old university friends at Rock Bottom and Spicoli's.

Went home, we went to Swiss Chalet for diner, quite tasty. By the time we were on our way back home again it was pouring. Fairly normal evening, worked on my dad's computer for the entire evening without much progress. Finally i got fed up and watched some tv with Mar and went to bed.

Had a strange dream last night...

I had a strange dream last night. I was at my parents place. Mar and i were downstairs and it was late. I came up to turn off all the lights and close my curtains in my old bedroom. I looked out the window and two giant spotted owls worked their way out of the ditch. They were at least 3 ft tall, had fuzzy brown fur with darker browny-orange spots all over them. The one was injured so it hopped on the other owl's back and they tried flying away but were too heavy. Finally they waddled off across the lane and out into a field. Little kids were walking down the road(why so late who knows, it's a dream), they saw the hurt owls and went to go catch them.

Just then a large pickup truck, with extended board sides drove up. There were kids in the back, and i heard them yell to their dad, "There they are, there they are!". So the father got out, climbed into the back of the pick up, and picked up a rifle. I thought, oh damn he's going to kill the owls, what a shame, but probably tasty. So he aimed and shot and one of the wandering children that had caught up to the owl dropped. I thought, wow, that's bad luck, then he shot again and the other kid dropped, then again for the third. Then i watched as he dragged the bodies back into the back of the pick up with his kids. At this point i was hoping he hadn't seen me, so i ducked down. I peeked again to catch glimpses of what looked like he was skinning the dead kids right there. I thought, oh damn, he's going to eat them.

So i ran around trying to make sure everything was locked(never occured to me to call the police), also i wanted it to turn off the lights, but if i did, he'd know i'd seen him and come for us too. This went on for quite sometime. Eventually i came upstairs when someone insisted another person was in the house in a second floor that didn't exist. I could hear them from the bottom of the stairs. I started freaking out, wondering how to fight this off, but i was getting bored of the dream. So i thought about other things it could be, then i realized it was my girlfriend who'd gone upstairs to talk on the phone. Anti-climatic yes, but i didn't feel like getting eaten.

Went home, found out we were babysitting Mar's nephew for a while. Ate dinner, helped entertain the baby. My dad dropped off his laptop to fix (never got around to it). Continued entertaining the baby with Mar until his parent's showed up. Spent about 45 minutes working through the census webpage, as it wouldn't connect for quite some time, then i had to update java virtual machine, then each page took at least 2 minutes to load. Although i imagine had i not left it to the last minute the site would have went a little faster, as all those left to fill out the form in the country were doing the same thing.

After work I headed to my sisters house to kill a little time. Later in the evening I met up with Alaina at Chanoso's for dinner. Following dinner I headed to Cramdon's to finish off the evening.

Went home and took a nap, then woke up when an old friend from high school that I talk to intermittently called to tell me he got engaged. Talked to him for a bit, and shortly after that Janet called. We met a Zehrs to buy some dinner supplies, then returned home to watch some episodes of Clone High and then Memoirs of a Geisha.

Went home, Mar had dinner ready. Made a quick trip to the bank to pay some bills. Spent some time on my computer, looking for a low resource program for burning cd's for the girlfriend. We had company for a while, after company left, we went to bed.

The Weekend

Friday night included a trip to Rock n' Bowl at Bowlero with a group of people. Following the wrap up of bowling we headed to Feel Goods. Eventually the party moved back to Brians where we all hung around for a few hours before calling it a night.

Saturday Brian's younger brother was having his stag so we spent the afternoon setting up for that and the evening enjoying the fruits of our labour. Following the stag we headed downtown to have a few drinks before heading home.

Sunday was Mother's Day so we spent the day stuff with my Mom. The day started off with brunch at my sisters followed by the girls going for a round of bingo. The rest of the afternoon was spent visiting grandparents. To finish off the weekend in traditional style I headed to Spicolis.

Friday: Still feeling quite ill from my alergies at work. We grabbed a quick bite to eat and then headed over to Mar's parent's for supper. Once there my alergies took another beating and i got quite ill and shutdown during Mar's birthday celebrations with her family.

Saturday: We slept in. Woke up feeling quite well, as there were no cats or animals around, also no one wearing perfume or cologne. We did quite alot of shopping, I got a pair of pants for the christining the next day, bought Mar's bday present, a lounge chair to go with our patio set, we also got grocerries for the week. Just had a quiet, alergy free evening at home, nice and relaxing.

Sunday: Got up early, we stood as god parents for Mar's nephew. Went back to Mar's parents place to start another alergy attack with her cat. After many hours there, for that party and the mother's day celebration, we headed to my parents place. After a few hours there, cat free, i felt human again. We had our mother's day fun and a pizza and headed home to sleep.

Went home, finished the book i was reading. Made some dinner. Mar came home from visiting with her sister. I watched some smallville, another to be continued episode. Watched some tv with Mar and went to bed.

Started out the evening with some mothers day shopping at them all. Followed that up with a stop by Moxies for a cup of coffee. Eventually wrapped up the evening with everyone meeting at Cramdon's for an impromptu birthday party for Jay.

After work I headed to my sisters house to kill a couple hours before eventually meeting up with people at Moxies. Once we finished up at Moxies we headed to Feel Goods, played a little bowling and had some pizza. I later headed home to watch Lost and eventually went to bed.

Deviated from my normal destination by a quick trip to best buy, then the real canadian superstore. Then i went home, cooked a quick meal, chatted with Mar. Tried out a memory card i got for the ps2. Watched a bit of tv and went to bed.

Monday i went home exhausted, sitting in the cold for 9 hrs had taken it's toll. My head pounded, my neck was sore, and i just didn't feel well.

Tuesday i stayed home from work, as i was still feeling bad the next day. After a small run in with some cereal that didn't sit well, i went back to bed until 1pm. I eventually got up and got moving. Made it outside by 4:30 to cook some burgers, which it turned out, i wasn't up to eating. I put together a patio table while i was waiting for it to cook. The rest of the night i just rested, watched tv, read a bit, and went to bed.

After work I headed to the mall to shop for some pants for baseball (I had pants already, just thought I'd look for more so I can have more than one). Once I finished up at the mall I spent the rest of the time before baseball at my sisters place. I headed to baseball around 8:00, and we played until around 11:00. Following baseball some guys from the team went for drinks at the bar, after which I headed to Cramdon's to wrap up the night.

After work I headed downtown to meet up with Janet and Nick for dinner at the House of India restaurant. That was followed by some coffee at the coffee exchange before heading home for the night.

After work Friday I headed home to Harrow. Following dinner I watched some television until I was eventually called back into the city for a night out. The evening included a trip to Cramdons and ended at Feel Goods. I opted to stay at my Baba's place to avoid having to drive back in Saturday morning.

Saturday we spent the day at my Baba's house clearing out a bunch of her stuff and getting certain things ready for what will eventually be a yard sale. The evening was spent at the Avalon downtown.

Sunday I watched the F1 race, did more furniture and misc. moving at my Baba's, went to the mall, went for dinner with the family and ended the weekend off with the weekly trip to Spicoli's.

Friday: Went home, read, ate. Mar went to a play with her sister. I stayed home and worked on some things for an old cranky ps2. One of my friends was in town, he called up and came over to visit for a while. Mar came home, we watched a bit of tv, then put a movie in, which both of us slept through.

Saturday: Got up, organized the bills. Cleaned up a bit around the house, mowed lawn, weed whacked. Started seeding the back lawn, but ran out of seed half way through. Went out with Mar to pick up some more seed. Got back, finshed the job, watered the lawn. Reorganized the little shed, broke down old boxes and bag up garbage. Put the leaves from last year into yard waste bags to get ready for thursday. Retired for the day, watched some tv with Mar and went to bed.

Sunday: Slept in, got up and got groceries. Came home, my parents brought over a rake and a few shovels for us to do some yard work. Then they took us out to dinner. After we got back, i racked the seed in the back lawn under and watered it again. Then retired for the evening. Mar's sister came over with her kid. She left, we watched some tv, and went to bed.

Went home, read. Made myself some dinner. Took our new patio set out of the box and broke down the boxes. Watched a bit of tv, organized some stuff and went to bed.

After work I headed to my baba's house to grab a few things that I forgot there when I moved out. My aunt and uncle were over when I arrived so I helped them load up the truck with some boxes of stuff they had packed up during the day. Later in the evening I met up with Gino and his sister at Moxies for dinner. Following dinner we returned to Gino's place, watched some television and waited for the phone call to head out. Eventually we met up with everyone downtown and roamed around down there at a couple of bars before heading home.

Went home, grabbed a quick bite to eat, then went and picked up Mar's sister. From there we headed to the fashion show at the school she teaches at. It went well, i got home around 10pm, Mar got home shortly after. We watched a bit of tv and went to bed.

Once the work day was wrapped up I headed to my Baba's house to help move the freezer out (my Uncle Mike has claimed ownership). From there I headed to the mall to meet up with Gino and Jay at Moxies. Following coffee at the mall we headed to Burger King for some food, and finally to Cramdon's to watch the remainder of the hockey game. To finish off the evening I returned to Harrow and watched LOST on the west coast.

Went home, ate a quick bite to eat before heading out to meet up with my dad in the parking lot of silver city. Borrowed his truck while he was at the movies so we could pick up a patio set. Returned the truck, and headed to the mall where Mar had to pick up a bunch of clothes for a fashion show her school is putting on tonight and tomrw. Went back home, watched some tv and went to bed.

Shortly after work I met up with my sister for dinner. Following dinner we headed to the funeral home to pay our respects to the guy who used to live nect door to my Grandma when we were growing up. After that we headed home to watch Prison Break and 24. I spent the remainder of the evening watching hockey (both at home and at Cramdon's).

The Weekend

Friday night I returned home for a while before eventually heading to my Aunts place for dinner. The dinner was just a clever way to disguise her need for me to setup a computer she had taken from my Grandma. Later in the evening I headed to my younger sisters place to hangout with her roommates.

Saturday I relaxed for the majority of the day. In the afternoon I met up with my sister and Grandma for lunch, then went to get my alignment done finally at Canadian Tire. While my car was being worked on we visited my baba at the rest home and helped her unpack some of her things. For the evening we attended our friends play at the Market Square, followed by celebrating Teresa's birthday at the Loop.

Sunday morning was spent waiting out my hangover, followed by helping Brian with a couple things around the house before ultimately returning home. I then went to the mall for a while to visit with my cousin and Sara (roommate). Afterwards I returned home, at which point my Dad and sister stopped by for a while to go through some stuff at the house. Later in the evening I headed to Spicoli's for our usual weekend ending celebration.

Saturday: Got up, took Mar's car into the shop. Went back home, cleaned the house and mowed the lawn. Went back to pick up Mar's car and let my parents know we would be around for them to bring dirt. We got back home and spent the rest of the day filling in the holes and leveling out my backyard. Went to homedepot to buy some brick for some landscaping, then out for supper. We had loaded up my old bed into my parents' truck, so once again, no furniture in my living room. We rounded out the evening with some hockey and other assorted tv shows.

Sunday: Got up, went grocery shopping, and looking for a patio set. Came home and tried out some swap magic discs i got to see if some ps2 backups would work, they did. Watched some tv and went to bed.
